How to sell ?

Following the preparations for the sale

Your notary and the auction sales service will arrange visits to your property for all those interested in it.

During the advertising period, your notary will deal with any telephone calls from people interested in your property. He/she will receive them at his office to give them any information and provide purchasers with a copy of the specification sheet.

Interested parties can visit the property in person on the days and times listed in the advertisements. Three visiting times, each lasting two hours, are always allowed. These visits are arranged for times that are most convenient for the public (lunchtimes and Saturdays). They are usually arranged by the Notaries' Chamber office.

If desired, you will be informed after each visiting time of the number of visitors and any remarks they made. This will give you an indication of how much interest there is in your property.

Your property will also be displayed in detail on our site and includes: a description, photos, and a 360° virtual visit. If you wish, you can also receive information about the number of people who consulted your advertisement on the site.

Important points
  • Your notary will deal with receiving any purchasers and giving them information, and will organise site visits.
  • If you want to know what impact your property is having on potential purchasers, you can ask to be told the number of visitors to the property and the number of people who have consulted your advertisement on the Internet site.
