On the day of the sale you will know who has purchased your property. If no overbid is received within 10 days of the sale you will receive the purchase price within 45 days. The property will be transferred when the sale is final.

The sale price cannot easily be challenged by the taxation authorities because they recognize the transparency and reliability of notaries' public auction sales.
