Our site puts all advertisements for property offered for sale online. Each property is shown in detail and each advertisement gives precise information on the property, its fixed price, the deposit required to make a bid, appointment dates and the details of the seller's notary.
You will also find all the results of our sales since September 1999.
The Paris Notaries' Chamber represents and controls the Paris Company of Notaries that comprises almost 500 notaries from three departments: Paris, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne. Together with 5000 partners they are at your disposal to organise your sale or to help you buy a property. All notaries in France can also sell or buy for you from the Paris Notaries' Chamber.
An auctioning panel, made up of notaries from the Company of Paris ensures that auction sales are monitored both legally and physically.
